Custom Sounds

We opened our first store in Austin, TX on November 1st, 1987. Wow! What a run. We currently have 19 locations spanning Texas, Missouri, Illinois and Oklahoma. We owe it all to our valued customers. Nothing happens, nothing grows without customers so we are truly grateful.

Over the years we have seen lots of changes in the retail industry as a whole. We are so proud to say that we have never once altered or modified our Mission Statement. From day 1 it’s always been about you, the customer.

We will set the industry standard for knowledge and professionalism, will strive to educate our customers, and maintain the highest levels of customer service, quality and value.
